You-Scream! I-Scream! We ALL-Scream for Ice Cream!!!
We made a custom homemade Pistachio Ice Cream this week and it was delicious!
If you have an ice cream maker, try this out.
Instructions
- Mix solids first, add milk & cream, finish by adding extracts.
- Ensure that the sugar is fully dissolved before finishing.
- Turn on mixer and slowly add the ice cream mix.
- Wait until desired consistency is reached.

- 1 tsp: Pistachio Extract
- 1 tsp: Almond Extract
- 2 tsp: Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup: Whole Milk
- 1 cup: Sugar
- 3-1/3 cups: Heavy Cream
