Overview

Due to the perishability of our products all sales are final.  No returns or exchanges can be accepted. 

If your item has been damaged in transit we will send a replacement or issue a credit at the discretion of Book Lady & Baby.  Please submit a replacement/credit request to hello@bookladybaby.com and include pictures of the damaged product as delivered.

You have seven (7) days from package delivery to submit a replacement/refund request.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds or credit may be granted on a case by case basis including:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Damaged labels.
  • Slight leaks in transit.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing pieces for reasons not due to our error.
  • Claims after the seven (7) day replacement/refund request window closes.

Replacements & Credits

Please allow up to seven (7) days for your replacement/credit request to be processed.  You will receive a emailed update from Book Lady & Baby with the results of your claim request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed within three (3) business days of confirmation.

Late or missing refunds

  1. If you have not yet received a refund that has been approved, please first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: hello@bookladybaby.com
