Overview

Due to the perishability of our products, no returns can be accepted.

If your item has been damaged in transit, or is found to be defective, we will send a replacement or issue a credit at the discretion of Book Lady Baby LLC.  Please submit a replacement/credit request to hello@bookladybaby.com and include pictures of the damaged product as delivered.

The replacement/credit request must be made within seven (7) days of delivery.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial refunds or credit may be granted on a case by case basis including:

  • Damaged labels.
  • Minor leaks in transit.
  • Claims after the seven (7) day replacement/refund request window closes.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing pieces for reasons not due to our error.

Replacements & Credits

Please allow up to seven (7) days for your replacement/credit request to be processed.  You will receive a emailed update from Book Lady & Baby with the results of your claim request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed within three (3) business days of confirmation.

 

Late or missing refunds:

  1. If you have not yet received a credit or debit card refund that has been approved and processed, please contact your credit card company.  Returned funds can take up to 5-7 business days before before posting.
  2. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us at: hello@bookladybaby.com for us to investigate further.
